I was listening to a CBC broadcast this week where they
were talking about the idea of tapping into the emotional response of
“AWE” to relieve stress, anxiety, chronic pain, and to help find
clarity and purpose. If you think about it when we are in AWE
we are transported to a place of wonder and amazement and it really
does make you feel….awesome! Here we are at the end of March and
in the throws of the change in season from Winter to Spring – where we
emerge from a long deep freeze to this incredible thaw. As the
snow banks recede flowers will start to bloom and grasses begin to
grow, transporting us from a place of black and white to incredible
colour. I am AWE-struck that this transformation happens as a part
of the natural cycle of the earth – this is not something you need to
buy or work harder to get it’s just there, it’s free and yours to
enjoy.
On the theme of awesome, we have some new products to highlight this
week. The ever-so-popular Legend
Loafer is now available in new spring colours (cobalt
and emerald)
and the new Alto
earrings by Pursuits are a show stopper! I love the
message with the Honeybee
talisman by Pyrrha which reminds us of the significance
of life and continuous growth. Lastly, we still have a few pairs

for this year but it will be back!
