Last summer my friend and I visited Whistler and discovered Ruby Tuesday – what a lovely shop! I bought two pairs of earrings. Several months after returning home (California) the back on one of the earrings broke. I wrote a note to the manager and sent the earrings with it, explaining what had happened. They sent a new pair of earrings to me without any problem! The owner, manager and staff are just terrific!

There are so many accessories you can find in this little store in the Whistler Village. Most of the their earrings are sterling silver — great if you are allergic to nickel and other metals.

The customer service is impeccable. That which your Grandma would have expected and received. The atmosphere is courteous, friendly, service oriented without the feeling of being pressured, wonderful. The manager ‘Laura’ is so sweet and helpful, all smiles. The owner ‘Adrienne’ is very prompt to communicate answers to all your questions. The merchandise is beautiful and of great quality. I am the proud owner of a Nancy Dawson wolf necklace. I can not wait to shop there again in the future.
