Nothing like a cold snap to awaken you to the fact that this year is about to be over! I am sure many of us are happy to put this year behind us and have some hope for the year to come. Thankfully, booster shots are being rolled out which will give us extra immunity and a renewed sense that we can get ahead of this.
As far as New year’s celebrations go, we will be looking at a repeat of last
year - either outside, or indoors with your bubble. Either way, we can all
find joy in any size celebration (it’s not what you do as much as how you do
it). We can still pop Champagne, dance like no one is watching and of
course, make New Year's resolutions. Whatever you come up with for a
resolution this year make it be a joyful one. In every life there should be cake,
lazy days, and wine - This is not a time for self-criticism.
If you don’t currently have a pair of winter boots that will keep you warm in
sub-zero temperatures, pop into the store and pick yourself up a pair. Not only
do we have women’s boots but we have men’s too. All
