With September 21st behind us we are
officially in autumn. The rains and cool temperatures mark the change
in season, preparing us for the slumber of our natural world and the
blanket of snow that comes with it. The beauty of Autumn is
astounding! Almost like Mother Nature’s last hurrah before her
long hibernation. It is an all-encompassing beauty; the visual of
the tree leaves changing colour, the audio of the rain on windows, and
the aroma that comes from the forest and gardens. With the
shortened daylight hours, we start to spend more time indoors,
rediscovering our homes as places of entertainment instead of the great
outdoors. I love this transition, as I love all of our seasonal
transitions – it’s as if we are entering another world, marked twice a
year by the rain.
As with seasonal changes, our products at Ruby Tuesday also change.
Gone are the flip flops and now here are shoes
and boots for the cooler temperatures. This
