The Zodiac are based on the Earth’s daily rotation and
relative positions of the stars, sun, moon and planets at a specific
time – i.e. When you were born. Each of the signs of the
Zodiac have a constellation associated with it. These are based on what
constellation was most visible (in Egypt 4th Century
BC) during each lunar cycle.
Since it was believed that planets, at the time of the birth of the
zodiac, possessed distinct powers, whichever planet was present at the
time of your birth would be a contributing factor to who you would
become.
Hogwash? That is for you to decide. Of course, from the Zodiac we get
the Horoscope, and who doesn’t LOVE reading their horoscope?
Everyone has a Zodiac sign and therefore a Constellation. Of
course, you can only see the constellations at night, so now with the
nights being longer there is more opportunity. So bundle up and
get outside after sunset and locate your constellation.
