Last Friday night we got an epic snow dump – 42cm
overnight!! For those of you in the know, this was a VERY welcome
sight! This snowfall offered enough snow to open up the whole
mountain (I even skied out to the valley on Saturday). THEN, more
snow on Monday/Tuesday. I feel like winter has finally arrived and
with it winter temperatures – minus double digits will guarantee we
will keep all this wonderful white stuff.
It’s amazing how snow can transform a landscape – the Village is now
alive with the winter spirit, the roads are lined with snow banks and
there’s icing-like trim on all the rooftops – absolutely
beautiful! Even though we are in some of the shortest days of the
year, the snow brightens the view and brings joy to my heart.
Lucky for you if you are in need of winter boots because we have all
