Although ski season is NOT over, spring has definitely sprung in the valley. Beautiful sunny days with warm-ish temperatures abound! Crocuses are up and blooming, the birds are back, the days are longer, and the patios are open – this is spring! Spring to me is all about renewal, a refreshing burst of change from old to new. Time to take stock of our personal inventory and spruce up, reshape, reuse, or discard. This goes for physical stuff as well as all the stuff in the attic of our brains that we use to plan and manage our lives. Give yourself a spring makeover and clear out the outdated, underproductive, overvalued stuff that is weighing you down – this is called spring for a reason.
