Tomorrow
is Remembrance Day. A day to remember the battles fought for our
freedom, to remember the men and women who gave their lives in those
battles and to remember why. In our democracy, we believe in
freedom – freedom to live where and how we want, Freedom to love how
and who we want and the freedom to choose what is best for us. We
are in interesting times, with far-right groups who claim to want
freedom but create tyranny instead. We already live in the freest
part of the world and this is due in no small part to those men and
women who fought and died in the epic wars of the last century. We
are remembering these individuals who lay down their lives because they
believed in freedom, not just of the individual but of country and kin. We
need to remember this and come together as One and continue to stand up
for what is right, just and fair.
This week's Highlights include Pyrrha's Remember to Live Talisman which
reminds us of mortality and to live life to its fullest, to have a
sense of purpose each day, and remember why we are here. In
Justine Brooks' latest collection are heart studs (in silver, rose gold
and 14k gold) because without love, where are we? As the cold
temperatures set in with snow and ice staying on the ground, you'll
want a pair of winter boots. Fortunately, with most of our NexGrip boots now in stock, you
can come by and peruse the collection – my favourite is the Anna boot – fuzzy and warm on the
inside and stylish on the outside. Lastly, we have the Abbi tote bag (in many colours and
fabrications) for hauling around all your stuff!
