Opening day is tomorrow, which, for me, marks the beginning of winter. Even though we have not had much snow in the valley, I KNOW there is snow up there! Getting on the gondola for the first time in the season is much like travelling through the wardrobe and landing in a new land. It’s a pristine promised land void of cars, concrete, and work, where we get to play, hang out with friends, and breathe in fresh air. I have intense gratitude for living in a land where we have four seasons – each one different from the last and always offering a promise of evolution, where we move forward and embrace the changed landscape and all it has to offer. See you on the slopes!
Something new at Ruby Tuesday is our introduction of our Weekly Stack – a suggestion of how to wear a collection of necklaces (which is on-trend these days). This week’s stack includes the gold square Love token necklace, the 3.7mm gold paperclip chain, and the sparkly flat bead chain, topped off with the twisted hoop with pearl as a suggested earring. Also new is the Kristy handbag by Matt & Nat – sleek and small but big enough to carry the essentials. And new from Ayala Bar is the Berry Blush collection – a beautiful, deep pink expression of seasonal joy. Last on my list today are the Kim Patent leather winter boots by Nex Grip – stunning boots that have wicked functionality. Rated to -35°C, waterproof, and have a retractable ice cleat built into the sole.
