Full moons are always spectacular, especially in November when it gets so very dark. This November full moon is the last of 4 super moons which means it will be extra bright – yay us! This full moon lands on Friday the 15th (tomorrow) so throw a party and let the madness roll. They say people go a little crazy on full moons so why not buy into it and go a little crazy yourself (just stay out of the jail cells and hospitals). An alternative to going crazy, might be to take an evening stroll under the full moon or bundle up and do some moon bathing; they say it promotes emotional calm and relaxation (who knew?)
