I’m not sure who decided that we should have Christmas AND New Year's in the same week. Honestly, it’s a bit much. That’s not to say that it isn’t a great week – it truly is! But with 52 weeks in a year, you would think we could spread it out. Alas, I am not in charge, so this is how it is. Now that we are in January, it’s time to re-charge, re-group, and re-imagine the year ahead… or maybe just January. Even though the days are still short and dark, there is an energy to January. For those of us here in Whistler, the skiing is amazing! Winter has settled in with fresh snow almost daily, brightening the days and bringing beauty to the landscape. January is a beautiful month, full of promise as the start of all things are. It is a momentum that can carry us through the days as they grow longer, leading us to the light. What you do this January is your business, but perhaps have it be the beginning of something great.
Now that you have gifted friends and family, how about something for yourself? May I suggest something from Black Drop designs?
