| September is one of those months where, as far as weather is
concerned, anything goes. Currently in Whistler, the weather is
spectacular! Sunny skies and warm temperatures and as far as the
forecast has forecasted, we are in for at least one more week of this
fantastic weather. So this is the time for that fall hiking I mentioned
a few weeks ago. With the hot temperatures a thing of the past, the days
are cool in the morning and then warm up as the day moves on. The
lifts at Blackcomb are still open every day so you can start your hike from
the top or venture up any of the other many hikes in and around Whistler
village. Since I am talking about the weather, I would be remiss without
mentioning the devastation in eastern Canada (and Puerto Rico) where Hurricane
Fiona has had her way and destroyed homes and devastated communities. If
you have been impacted you can register with the Red Cross for assistance and
if you are not directly affected but would like to help, the Red Cross
is taking donations at Hurricane
