We are all aware of what’s going on in the world of politics and it has been a whirlwind, to say the least. So I thought we should take some time and check in with each other and find out how we are doing? What can you do that will make each day a bit brighter? What always warms my heart is hanging out with my friends – they make me laugh! And laughter is something I always have time for. I also love a good meal, a fun ski day, a yoga class, and a cute puppy video – all things that keep the gremlins of the mind at bay. Let’s continue supporting each other through these unsettling times and remember that all is not lost and the future has not been written.
