With over 50 cm of fresh snow, Whistler is now back to a great winter!! Snow fell over a few days to the valley bottom, and voila! Winter is here again. A refresh is always good, whether that means snow in the mountains, a new job, a new season or even a new boyfriend. A refresh lets you start again and charge ahead with excitement and renewed interest. Of course, the examples I listed are big refreshes that are not necessarily available on a daily basis (and maybe you don’t want a new boyfriend), but there are many things you can do that will refresh your everyday and create some excitement in your daily routine. I recently took up sketching (or actually doodling), and I also started going to meditation sessions at the library – 2 new things that bring joy to my life and have added pizazz to my everyday. There is an endless list of things to do to refresh your daily routine – fitness challenges, journaling, yoga, scrapbooking, knitting… You get the idea. The power of the refresh lives within us and is there for you as needed.
At Ruby Tuesday, we can offer you an accessory refresh. We just received the New Ayala Bar collection – and it does not disappoint! An array of colours and styles that will refresh your fashion and rejuvenate your look (we are loving the Summer Skies collection). Also new is the Matt & Nat Sam crossbody bag available in new spring colours of Aquamarine and Olivine. This great small bag can handle your essentials for everyday or a night out. Now with all the new snow (and ice), may I suggest a winter boot refresh? The Maeva boot by Nex Grip ticks all the boxes and is super cute to boot (excuse the pun). The Maeva is waterproof, has a built-in ice cleat, is rated to -35°C, and is also waterproof – incredible! Last on the list today is our weekly stack – now this is a great way to refresh your look. We create a Weekly stack every week – click here to see our creations over the last few months.
