In this day and age, we have more choices than ever
coming at us from all directions. With excessive choice, we are
left feeling that what we have and who we are is not
enough. Although choices are a good thing, when there are too many
choices it can lead to over-activity, overspending, confusion, and
anxiety. We are inundated with choices that should not matter or
that we should not be wasting time on. It’s time to tune out the
unimportant and focus on the here and now - in other words
simplify. Clear out the noise for a calmer life experience where
you might have more time for yourself and your family; where life is
less hectic and ultimately more worthwhile.
