although the universe is much bigger than you it is also part of you – so

control everything around you. Think outside the box for solutions and
let go of previously held beliefs about how your life should look or feel or
about your limitations - whatever you believe, will be true for you. Know
you are capable, be curious, be brave, and recognize the little wins, they
