With negative temperatures and the promise of
precipitation coming this week, we can safely say winter is on its
way! Opening day on Whistler/Blackcomb is only 5 weeks away which
begs the question “Are you ready”? Time to dig out your ski and snowboard
gear and get your snow jam on! I love the excitement of winter
with the beauty of the snow and the palatable thrill in the
air. Whistlerites live for anything mountain-related and winter
skiing and snowboarding are at the top of the heap. If you are not
already here, get planning and book yourself in – it’s promising to be
a huge snow year (at least that’s my story – and I’m sticking to it).
To help you get ready for winter come by Ruby Tuesday and shop our Nex Grip
boots – all are waterproof and have built-in ice
traction in the heel. The Sally
high boot is my absolute favourite with its tall
and sleek design – stylish and winter-worthy. The sizes and stock
are limited so get them while you can. For other highlights, I
have chosen some very gift-worthy items. I don’t know about you but
I have a ton of birthdays in the next 3 months (not to mention
Christmas). We always have a huge selection of hoops in
stock which is a staple of every earring wearer's collection. My
current favs are our scalloped hoops,
