Here we are just two days into the New Year with
363 days to go until the next one; what will you do with all those
days? They say life is short but the idea of 363 days seems like
quite a long time. It is ample opportunity to spend more time at
the office – just kidding. But seriously, with all this time ahead
of you, how are you going to carve out some quality time for yourself
this year? Perhaps put it in your calendar, or put a post-it note
on your fridge – don’t forget that you come first because you can’t be
there for others if you can’t be there for yourself. Take some
time over the next few days and really embrace the new year and see
what it means to you – this is a very personal experience as it will be
different for each person.
If the New Year brings you into Ruby Tuesday, we have some wonderful
